Lindsey R. Hincks
Chief Philanthropy Officer
An entrepreneurial spirit with a deep knowledge of the academic medicine and higher education landscape, Lindsey is known as a strategic leader, trusted mentor, and passionate health advocate with maximum impact. Lindsey is mission-driven and has achieved tremendous success in securing both principal and major gifts, building philanthropic business models for service lines, and serving as a collaborative partner with physicians and providers.
Most recently, Lindsey served as Deputy Director at Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health - the sole fundraising entity for Stanford School of Medicine pediatric research and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital - for seven years. There, she personally closed nearly $70 million in pediatric support, led a successful team of frontline fundraisers, built processes and systems for the major gifts team and created the footprint for a robust grateful patient program.
Prior to her work at Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health, Lindsey was the annual giving and alumni relations director at Hawai‘i Pacific University, where she leveraged direct marketing to increase alumni and community giving. She has also served as a regional development officer for the University of Cincinnati, helping to close their $1 billion Proudly Cincinnati campaign with success. Her early experience included working at the American Cancer Society.
Lindsey received her master's degree in Business Administration from Hawai‘i Pacific University and both a B.A. in public relations and B.A. in French linguistics from Grand Valley State University. She is thrilled to bring her leadership and fundraising experience to Sequoia Hospital Foundation along with her passion to support the patients and families in her community.
